The grass was kissed by the sun beneath their feet and the pretty autumn garden smelt sweet around them. Kurt adored the place instantly and grinned at Blaine.
“Thank you for taking me here,” he said. Blaine kissed his hand.
“Thank you for coming,” he said simply.
It was the park where he had spent most of his childhood. It had become somewhat of a sacred space for Blaine and after the bullying through school he used to come here to mull over his thoughts. It had turned to his private thinking place, now that he wrote songs, read sometimes and was able to just think quietly. And now he’d get to share these stolen moments with the most important person in his life.
“The experience isn’t complete!” Blaine declared. “Not until you’ve gone on the tire swing.”
Kurt gave him an incredulous look. “You can’t be serious.”
“Of course I am!” Blaine exclaimed, taking his hand once more and guiding him over.
“It doesn’t look safe…”
“It’s fine,” Blaine dismisssed hopping up and gesturing for Kurt to join him. After a moment he gingerly climbed up, situating himself in Blaine’s lap. Blaine couldn’t hep his silly smile.
Now everying was perfect.
